Dutch/German jazz quartet Ochsen (English: Oxes) have the unique ability to grab any audience through their diverse, energetic way of playing. Attempts to pin Ochsen down to a certain style have failed, so far. Various influences of the jazz tradition as well as free jazz and pop music find their way through exciting, strong grooves and explosive improvisations.

Having played at an array of jazz clubs and festivals the past 5 years, Ochsen developed to be an oiled machine with a characteristic sound that appeals to a very diverse audience.
