The Brothers Gillespie is British folk duo brothers James Gillespie and Sam Gillespie (raised in the Northumbrian village of Wall). The duo released their debut album, "Songs from the Outlands", in 2016. In 2019, they followed up with "The Fell".

As well as harmony vocals, the brothers play guitars, flute, fiddle and mandolin. They say that they are inspired by the folk revival artists of the 60’s and 70’s including Bert Jansch, Nick Drake, John Martyn, Sandy Denny, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and the American roots folk and blues traditions.
