For over three years, General Knowledge have been carving an inroad into the Australian hip-hop scene. The two MC’s have done numerous gigs in and around Adelaide and have built up a strong following in such a niche market. Winning the inaugural Hilltop Hoods initiative has made many people stand up and take notice of an act everyone in the know was already keen on. To add to this they have a Battle of the Bands title (2004) under their belt and perform a live show that has to be seen to be appreciated! With a full length demo release many mistook for the final album already circulating the streets and radio stations, the buzz on General Knowledge is ridiculous.
