Garrison were a post-hardcore punk band from Boston formed in 1996. Incorporating elements of math rock, shoegaze, and emocore into their sound, the band achieved moderate success, playing several hundred concerts in the United States, Great Britain, and Japan, as well as releasing two albums with Huntington Beach record label Revelation Records along the way.

After officially disbanding in 2004, members of Garrison went on to play with Instruction, The Fly Seville, Fires, The Campaign for Real-Time, Placer, Gay for Johnny Depp, and Kill Verona.
