Chris Eberlein is an indie pop star, model and former electronica rising star best known for the dance hit "Love is a Game" and indie No. 1 hit "Twisted Up". Raised in Idaho, he started his music career in Christian music, spurring several offers to pursue a more mainstream singing career and study at the famous Berklee College of Music in Boston. He released his debut album The Way of the Door in 2008, led by lead single "Love-Inflicted" (a minor hit on indie radio stations worldwide); its second single "Love is a Game" (produced by the Klubjumpers) met commercial success and became a club smash, being nominated for several awards for Best Dance Single (winning two). Chris relocated to Los Angeles a year later and recorded his second album In One Ear, Not Out the Other. "Twisted Up", a collaboration, was released as the album's lead single and became a No. 1 smash on indie pop radio. Upon its release, the album fared better with critics than its predecessor, but fans deemed it too commercial and sales quickly stalled, even as its second single "Too Sick" hit the Top 5 on the pop charts. In 2010, after taking six months out of the spotlight, Chris returned to his music career with the release of "Glad", a pop song deemed by some as a comeback single, garnering positive reviews but failing to reignite his career. In July, after months of speculations, he released "Stay Fly", a successor to "Twisted Up", making its radio debut on the east coast in August. Read more on Last.fm.
