There are at least two bands called Wintering:

1) Wintering is a new death metal band from Chicago featuring past and present members of Gorgasm, The Living Fields, Cairn, Earthen Grave & Nekropsy. Their first demo - "End of All Tides" - was released April 2, 2012. For fans of Bolt Thrower, Amorphis (old), Sentenced (old), Morgoth, Coroner, Cancer, etc.
