All Terrain, also known as Milleo, is an American rap recording artist who was born Dec 5th 1980 in Baltimore, MD.; soon after he and his family moved to Richmond, Va. All Terrain then became interested in emceeing in his late teen years and decided to give it a try. After a few short years of focusing on music; however, Milleo lost his interest and drive for pursing music due to outside influences. He then spent time ripping and running around trying to make ends meet. Finally he decided that he was done taking so many chances, some of which that would land him in prison or worse, and he decided to put the focus back on pursuing his real passion of music and entertainment. Much like an ATV or Four Wheeler that can handle all sorts of rugged terrain the rapper took the name "All Terrain" for his ability to handle and tackle any beat he heard. All Terrain then put out his first official mixtape titled "Constellation Boyz Vol. I" which was recieved with great review by his early supporters. Soon after, in the summer of 2009, All Terrain put out his second offering titled "All Terrain - Land, Water, or Sand" which was also received with high reviews due to his natural ability to keep his content fresh and relevant. All Terrain has over 100 recorded songs under his belt; some of which still haven't been released to the public. All Terrain is an artist on the Norfolk, VA based indie label Enterprize Records (which was started in 2000 by himself, his good friend and business partner Nick New and a few others) and he's an affiliate of the Constellation Family, a group consisting of himself and his close people committed to shine, like stars, and succeed in the music industry by putting their individual talents of music, business, marketing, promoting and hard work together in a collaborative effort. In 2010 he released his mixtape "Constellation Vol. II - Back In Position" which can be found on most popular mixtape websites as well as several independent music websites and blogs (Nationally and Internationally). He has also been featured on several mixtapes by DJs both here in the U.S. as well as overseas; such as DJ Mix Master G from Germany; and he has been a featured guest on countless internet radio stations and has been the featured artist on music blogs. All Terrain was also voted the #1 Underground Artist on Kweed Da 420 Show (Chicago) in 2010. His 2011 released mixtape "I'mma Monsta...It's Alive" hosted by DJ Jack of Spade of 103 Jamz (Norfolk,VA) has been getting a tremendous buzz on the internet and streets which has allowed him to get more featured artist spots. All Terrain currently lives in Va Beach, Va and is recording two full length albums titled "Bang County" and "Lone Wulf" both of which are scheduled for a 2012 releases on iTunes and other major online music retail outlets. All Terrain is committed to making creative, mind stretching, quality music and creating opportunities of success and wealth for himself and the people he surrounds himself with. When asked what he thinks about people who don't believe in or support his movement All Terrain simply says "Love it or hate it...I'ma keep doing me...don't let what I'm doing ruin ur life cuz what u doing damn sure won't ruin mine".
