Hugo Stiglitz is a metalcore band from Sacramento, CA. They have a kind of back-to-basics approach to their song writing. Nothing too flashy or technical. Just solid, heavy, catchy metal songs with a slight hardcore influence, fun breakdowns, and catchy clean vocal choruses.

Most noticable influences might include At the Gates, Haste the Day, As I Lay Dying, August Burns Red, Himsa, and even a little Story of the Year for their catchier somewhat punkish parts.

Hugo Stiglitz can be seen playing local and national shows pretty often in their hometown and also surrounding areas including the Bay Area, Stockton, Modesto, Vacaville, Reno, Tahoe, Fresno, and anywhere else that will have them. They are a fairly new band and working hard towards touring status.
