Reference’s to the day’s clarity meshes with the dark, spacey soundscape, maintaining an atmospheric engrossment amidst the chipper lead synth line. Alternating with captivation amidst the climactic verses and upbeat-sounding hook, “astronauts” is another standout synth-driven pop showing from rx1f.
