Roland is a ninties child. Unlike most of today’s successful players in the field of electronic dance music his addiction to the trend grew in the midst of it all - an exploding rock music scene taken over by the ever evolving power of electronica.

Being a natural born explorer of all new and fresh he came to love trance music through a wide spectrum of other influences - from rock bands like R.E.M. and U2, synth-pop superstars Depeche Mode, the pounding bass of techno music, the progressive sound of today's trance as we know it by the performance of artists like Paul van Dyk finally made Rolands talent he is today.

From there on his DJ career has rocketed to the heights of having shared stage with such global big names as Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Rank 1, Sander van Doorn, Gareth Emery, Above & Beyond, Menno de Jong, to name a few..
