BIO
In the summer of 2011, guitarist Tim Murdock wrote and recorded the early glimpses of what would become Darkness in Zero. After arriving at Butler University, he crossed paths with music major Nathan Smith. The two quickly realized they shared an interest in music and guitar, and began practicing the material for Darkness in Zero.
Over the spring of 2012, the members began writing new material, and in the summer of 2012, began recording.
In early 2013, the band added two members, Gregory Kyle Sparks on bass and Aaron Kelley on drums, and completed work on the instrumental portions of their "Cycles" EP.
